Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Beautyblender purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sponges and tools must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
